I've added additional information to build order. Basically it depends on your git client, but you have to exclude deploymenttools from checkout process.

Hello @iXab3r. Could you update readme to make it more explicit ? DeploymentTools must be removed from .gitsubmodules else checkout will fail.

Hi, @DayDotMe. Not really - I am building versions on a separate TeamCity server, so there are no manual steps required

Oh, @DayDotMe, apologies, I've totally forgotten that DeploymentTools are not available. I've updated readme to reflect this
