GHA broken?

Hi @cicdguy , I got messaged by @numbersman77 and confirmed that the pipelines for checks and docs don't work anymore. Based on the error messages, I am not sure what is the problem:

• In the check pipeline, in the Coverage action checking out the gh-pages branch does not work log

• In the docs pipeline, basically the same problem log

But the gh-pages branch exists:

It may have been a temporary network glitch on the GitHub side.

I just reran the workflow and it worked fine:

Typically when you see something like this, it's best to try to rerun the workflow. If it's consistent, then it'd be imperative to check https://www.githubstatus.com/, and then finally if everything is okay on the GitHub side (aka green status), then it's most likely a bug in the pipeline code.

Thanks @cicdguy for your quick help! This problem has persisted for some time though, so strange that it now suddenly worked.
Also, I don't understand why https://insightsengineering.github.io/simIDM/ still leads to a 404 - do we need to fix something in the pkgdown config?
