Support for Self-Signed Certificates

I'm testing this against an OpenAPI server with a self-signed certificate. I can't see a way of telling the requests module to ignore SSL certificate verification errors. Am I missing something or would this be a feature request?

I added the following envvars:

IGNORE_SSL_SPEC: (Optional) Set to true to disable SSL certificate verification when fetching the OpenAPI spec.
IGNORE_SSL_TOOLS: (Optional) Set to true to disable SSL certificate verification for API requests made by tools.

Please let me know if this works for you. If not, pls provide any error.

Afraid I've hit something in testing the new version before I even got to try calling a function. Claude Desktop seems to crash at the same point.
