Ease of install for serum pack installation
./Serum-Copy -PacksFolder "C:\downloads\Serum Packs"
-PacksFolder = where all your downloaded serum packs exist
-SerumFolder = (optional parameters) where the packs will be installed to. Defaults to "C:\Users\USER_ACCOUNT\Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets"
