[idea] - Removing all orientation related code from core

I think using orientation custom code is not needed as iOS will take care of window orientation and resize it accordingly, no need to rotate mouse coordinates or something like that.
I'm not sure of how Android handles this but it seems logic it doesn't need to be addressed via OF Core.
