CM311-1a won't boot after poweroff. #3045

Hey ophub and friends. Love your work. (中文回答都行,随便)

I got two CM311-1a and installed armbian to emmc on both. One works great and one won't boot after power has been cut. It just keeps on looping. If I plug the usb drive used to install it, it boots fine and seems to use emmc after booting.

So there seems to be an issue with the boot partition. Maybe it's in a location with bad blocks. (i've heard of this issue but never encountered it myself).

What's the easiest way to try and fix it? I assume I need to edit an install.sh script. Can I try any location or just certain ones? 0x674 etc. What setting is a safe bet of working? I don't care how much space I lose. I don't need much.

I tried all three dtb, M401A, CM311-1a and E900V22C. No luck.

Thanks!
