Guest and System are at most 2, register pair General regs are at most 12, 4 pair and sa[01]/lc[01] in the case of an endloop. Remove some unused #defines. Signed-off-by: Sid Manning <sidneym@quicinc.com>

IMO this is messy because after seeing another comment I see this should be done a little differently, sorry. Maybe there is some git magic that can make these just disappear from the history. |
