Could not find generator 'exception_handler:views'

I'm trying to customize some things but couldn't use the generators. I'm using rails 6, and just installed the gem v0.8.0.0 and added `config.exception_handler = { dev: true }` in the `application.rb`. Any guess why it isn't working?
