Arne65 has developed its own circuit board https://oshwlab.com/kubel/last-mini-web
skassel2024 built a radio with the Waveshare ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-7inch display.
For this he printed a installation attachment and a housing.

Here are the work that is also required:
The red -marked conductor tracks must be interrupted (with a fine scalpel).
The green marked pins are the connections for the DAC PCM5102MK 2.0
Then another connector is glued to the I2C connector.
Made in the picture below the green -marked connections.
Then reolved the bridge in the green area from 3V3 to 5V.
I2C VCC and I2C GND placed on the additional connector (also marked green).
A battery would have space in the stand, but maybe I will do that later. A test with a 5000mAh power bank (at Lidl for almost 7 EUR) resulted in a term of approx. 4 hours.
With my board, the ribbon cable to the display is shielded, which is apparently not the case with all versions, with the shield has an indefinable connection to GND. On the back of the board, the shield partially touches the sheet on the back of the display, which has led to the strangest error messages for me. Insulation of the shielding against the sheet, or a permanent mass connection of the sheet metal to GND of the board has remedied this and the radio now runs stable.
