[Feature request] Get notified for repositories that I specify

Opting into subscriptions for private repos using my GitHub token is good, but I want to get notified of new commits in certain repositories that I'll specify manually

I think most people would want to filter by organization, so you can filter to see work-only notifications. Additionally, when you click on it, it should open the notification page filtering by that organization.
