Use the same project code in reports and front end

It's impossible to tell which project belongs to which report by looking at the front-end.

Front end: Private project #4120f
Report: home_ubuntu_rust_ddd2es_b3a631ad

The front-end should have the same ID as the report. Make sure the ID is hashed with a salt to avoid cross-matching.
