Onboarding - Tab order

The tab order on the work experience and education popups should be tested. The work experience tab order seems to skip the "Industry" field

@jmgasper that is the problem inside common library src/libs/ui/lib/components/form/form-groups/form-input/input-select/InputSelect.tsx can i fix that inside common library?
