When invite multiple users to Topcoder team if there is error for any user, no invites created for any users

Steps to reproduce

Using some manager user invite to the Topcoder team users @pshah_customer, @pshah_manager. Invite them to be a manager. Only user @pshah_manager can be a manger. @pshah_customer - cannot.

The server returns error 40152922 cannot be added with a Manager role to the project which is correct.

But, user @pshah_manager also wasn't invited. If we loging using @pshah_manager we won't see an invitation.

Excpected bahaviour

If we invite multiple users and there is error for some users, the rest of the users which doesn't have any errors should be invited.
