A mentor should be able to set their skills

• On preferences page add list with expertise using list box read only
• When clicking on Edit Preferences mentor can also update expertise list from a given list
• Persist the list of possible expertises as enums in a table

• Add text 'Other knowledge areas you would like to share with mentees'

I'm putting back this issue in the TODO list as I've started it but I won't have time to finish it.

1. Have a look at types/dbTablesEnums.js and use MentorSkillLabelsEnum to create a list of skills with checkboxes or multi-select list (I have not seen any in Chakra-ui though, so I'd go with checkboxes).
2. Add skills section in the preferences page of a mentor (view, and edit mode).
3. Add readonly skills section in the page of a mentor profile (e.g. https://deploy-preview-115--tupu-app.netlify.app/mentors/rec_c8ei3pt17c43qguaejsg ).
