Is this project dead?

Sorry to use an issue for this question, but couldn't find a community. I've seen there hasn't been any movement since 2016, however there's no notice on the README.md nor the goratchet.com page that says anything about it going down/deprecated/closed/whatever.

Does someone know what happened to this project?

I think it's safe to consider this project dead since there hasn't been any activity since almost a decade.
