Mention eslint-import-resolver-typescript in docs

eslint-plugin-import and eslint-plugin-import-x don't need this config, they pick up the resolver automatically, hence the confusion by many in:

By the way, the "Edit page" link in https://knip.dev/reference/plugins/eslint#generated-from-source is a 404. Maybe it should be removed or pointed to the same link as "eslint plugin source code")

Thanks! I think it would be even better to just not bother users anymore about such dependencies at all. Recently all ESLint flat config have become optional. Hopefully the attached commit settles it. We can add more as the need arises. Added a fixture (eslint5) based on https://github.com/un-ts/eslint-plugin-import-x?tab=readme-ov-file#typescript-example.
