Multiple slack notification instances #146
Description
Right now you can only schedule a single slack webhook. Without having a slack app, it'd be nice to allow users to create (and manage) multiple notification webhooks. This allows one agent to alert to multiple slack channels and is useful if the DB's monitored are owned by different teams. This would likely require a "Notifications" section and the ability to choose an endpoint when scheduling a playbook.
