Add docs for Edge functions #325
Description
Edge functions (Cloudflare workers, Netlify Edge and Vercel edge) are becoming increasingly popular. We should document general guidance in a docs page i.e. Running Xata on Edge Functions including:
- A full example of an Edge function
- Any import differences compared to standard deployments
- Useful links to relevant getting started and setup guides in vendor docs
